Missions

  • Selling and developing the global offer for designated targets (working with CEO, Managing Director, IT Manager, Marketing Manager, Digital Strategy Manager, E-commerce Manager)

  • Developing accounts and profitability

  • Promoting additional services and solutions

  • Implementing single and multi-solution framework contracts

  • Applying affected accounts commercial strategy

  • Working with the technical teams to monitor client satisfaction on a national level

  • Keeping the Wynd teams informed about the status of the Big Accounts and current action plans

  • Updating the database for accounts, monthly reporting.
