OUR HISTORY

Businesses and brands need to adapt to quickly evolving consumer trends. Increasingly connected clients are now expecting new consumer journeys paired with a high level of service as their perception of online and offline is getting progressively blurrier.

This is first and foremost a family story for Ismaël Ould, CEO and co-founder of Wynd. As the son of a business man in the hotel industry, he experienced first-hand, this transformation.    

“We have seen how customer journeys evolved, chiefly with online booking, foreshadowing the advent of the digital era. We have experienced the complexity and diversity of solutions for managing the various consumer touch points (online and in-store orders, payments, loyalty programs, special offers, etc.)

Most businesses these days choose to outsource this digital effort to web agencies. We chose a different path: by creating a tool dedicated to the needs of brick and mortar businesses we could offer simple and intuitive digital journeys to consumers, stores and headquarters. By catering to the specific needs of each one, Wynd improves the entire value-chain.
