This solution is first and foremost a family story for Ismaël Ould, Co-founder and CEO of Wynd. As a son of a businessman (hotel industry), he has seen this transformation up-close.

“We have seen a transformation in uses and customer journeys particularly with online reservations which represented the start of the digital advent. We were able to see and experience the complexity and multiplicity of tools available at the points of sale to manage all of these journeys (online order, payments, ordering, loyalty).

Most businesses these days choose to outsource this digital side to pure web players. However, we found that by creating a tool dedicated to physical sales which creates simple and intuitive journey for the final client, the department and head office, we had found an alternative solution. By offering each service adapted to their needs, Wynd improves the whole value chain.
